Apple AirPods – 2nd Gen
For Apple customers, the best truly wireless headphones are the second-generation AirPods Pro because of their superior sound quality, USB-C casing, and outstanding noise cancellation. Better battery life, hands-free Siri access, and an optional wireless charging case are all included in the new, second-generation AirPods. Their audio performance is comparable to that of the previous version, meaning it’s decent but not exceptional. But other aspects—like a problematic in-ear fit and constrained on-ear controls—continue to be disregarded.
Therabody Smart Goggles
The only eye mask equipped with our unique biometric sensor, SmartSense TechnologyTM, which adjusts treatments to lower your pulse rate and induce a more relaxed mood. Put them on to ease headaches, reduce eye strain, and promote mental and physical relaxation. SmartGoggles help you stay active during the day and get more sleep at night, regardless of whether you spend your entire day staring at a screen, have anxiety or headaches, or have trouble falling asleep.
Beats Studio Pro
No matter what kind of phone you carry in your pocket, the new Beats Studio Pro headphones follow suit with features like one-touch pairing, device synchronization, and a headphones finder. That’s fantastic if you’re the indecisive kind, but I doubt that many people swap phones frequently enough to make this more alluring than brands like Sony which are more agnostic and offer more features focused on your activities rather than the device you use.
Samsung 55″ OLED
In revealing their 2022 lineup, Samsung introduces the S95B OLED—a groundbreaking fusion of their inaugural OLED television and a cutting-edge 4K display. The distinctive QD-OLED panel within this TV distinguishes it from its counterparts in Samsung’s QLED assortment, notably the premier QN95B QLED. By incorporating quantum dot chromatic filters, this TV innovation supplants conventional white OLED screens, exemplified by the LG G2 OLED, with azure OLED panels reputed for delivering markedly more vibrant hues. Exploiting the expansive app and game repository inherent in Samsung’s Tizen OS intelligent interface, this TV mirrors its Samsung peers, offering a sophisticated user experience.
SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Fold
The newest folding phone tablet from Samsung raises the bar for the highest-tech devices, but it also comes with a very expensive price tag. With Google Pixels posing a serious threat, Samsung has released the Galaxy Z Fold 5, a significant improvement. It’s best to see these cutting-edge gadgets as more than just phones. The Fold 5, which Samsung bills as a fully functional PC, tablet, and phone that folds up small enough to fit in your pocket, is unquestionably the most feature-rich Android gadget available.
Fitbit Versa 3
The Fitbit Versa 3 is a great wearable thanks to its inbuilt GPS and a few design changes. Like its predecessor, though, it has a rather small selection of productivity apps and functions more as a fitness tracker than a smartwatch. What you do get is a really appealing and reasonably priced Apple Watch substitute, with outstanding battery life, an improved display over the previous model, and an abundance of fitness statistics. But considering that this is the third version of the well-liked Versa line, it’s a touch disheartening that Fitbit is still lacking in certain respects.
NETGEAR Orbi Whole Home Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System
Despite being among the fastest residential WiFi mesh systems available, the Netgear Orbi WiFi 6 RBK852 wasn’t exactly selling off the shelf due to its $600 price tag. Recognizing this, Netgear toned down the RBK752 and removed some superfluous overkill from its flagship model. The RBK752 is faster and has a greater range than its larger sibling, but it lacks a little bit of power. More than enough power is available to cover a 5,000-square-foot home.
Meta Quest 2
The Meta Quest 2 introduced VR to the general public with an inexpensive standalone headset at launch. It’s no longer the greatest VR headset we’ve ever tried, but it was the finest up to our October 2023 review of the Meta Quest 3. Additionally, if you want to explore the realm of virtual reality, it’s still a fantastic entry-level headgear. When it was first released as the Oculus Quest 2, the Meta Quest 2 was a substantial advance over the original Quest headset and remains so to this day. When it comes to playing the greatest VR games, it performs better than the original Quest and has a sleeker look.
Samsung 49″ Odyssey G9 Gaming Monitor
The Samsung 49-inch Odyssey G9 offers optimal speed and visual quality together with a 1000R curve, making for an amazing and distinctive gaming experience. You’ll be completely submerged in your virtual world thanks to a brilliant backlight, realistic color, amazing HDR, and a quick 240 Hz refresh rate. Ultrawide monitors, often known as gaming monitors with a 21:9 aspect ratio, are relevant and helpful in the gaming industry. A large range of sizes and curve radii is available, with curves ranging from 1800R to 3800R with diagonal lengths of 34–38 inches. However, the more extreme specifications may be found in the 32:9 49-inch mega-wide category.
Google Pixel Buds Pro
There was no guarantee that the Pixel Buds Pro would be a success. Thus far, Google’s experience with wireless earphones has been uneventful. The 2017 Pixel Buds were designed in such an unusual way that even a simple task like reassembling them in their case required too much effort. The Pixel Buds 2 adopted a much more streamlined, true wireless design, although they suffered from frequent audio dropouts and communication problems. After correcting the course with the entry-level $99 Pixel Buds A-Series last year, all eyes are now on Google’s new earbuds, which feature active noise cancellation. This is to see if the firm can truly compete with the top offerings from Apple, Sony, Samsung, and other manufacturers.
